This is the first FIRST program we had in New Mexico. Seven years ago we were among the handful of teams that took on the challenge of teaching ourselves everything FLL. We initially went to Amarillo Texas for our events. We have team members on Dutch 200 that were involved in that first 'Power Puzzle' challenge 7 years ago.
We mentor at least 2 or 3 FLL teams each season. Contact us if you're interested.
NM had 50 teams registered statewide in 2013 ! Teams in all 4 corners of the state - cities, small towns, and indian reservations.
FLL is affordable and accessible, that is why it has experienced such growth in NM.
